JIB Cooling installs wall-mounted split systems, multi-split systems, ceiling cassette units and ducted systems. Before any work begins, we carry out a site survey to understand the space, assess the building fabric, and calculate the correct system capacity. Getting that right at the start means the system performs as it should throughout its life.
On the day of installation, we handle everything: positioning the indoor unit, running refrigerant pipework and electrical connections, installing the outdoor condensing unit, pressure testing, commissioning and a full handover walkthrough. We leave the property clean and tidy.
We work across Folkestone, Hythe, Dover, Ashford, Canterbury, Deal, Hawkinge and the surrounding areas of Kent. Most domestic installations are completed in a single day. Larger or multi-room projects are scheduled accordingly and we will confirm the programme with you in advance.
Types of system we install
All systems are inverter-driven for maximum efficiency and lower running costs.
Single split
One outdoor unit, one indoor unit. Ideal for a single room or open-plan space.
Multi-split
One outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units. Reduces external wall penetrations, well-suited to properties where external aesthetics matter.
Cassette units
Ceiling-mounted, four-way air distribution. Common in commercial spaces, but also used in open-plan domestic conversions.
Ducted systems
Hidden above ceiling or in floor voids. Controlled via one or more thermostats, with no visible indoor units.
