The job

Full strip and clean of the indoor unit, filters and coil. Condensate drain checked and cleared. Electrical connections tested and controller function verified. Operating pressures and temperatures logged against expected performance. Condenser cleaned and fan operation checked.
The outcome
A well-built unit has been looked after and not just replaced for the sake of it.
