The brief
The client needed a complete new air conditioning system in a fully occupied office, and was concerned about disruption to productivity and to staff.
Approach
We worked nights and weekends around the client's operating hours, stripped out the old system, and installed and commissioned the new one, cleaning the office after every shift.
Outcome
Six indoor units and one outdoor unit replaced over seven nights, with the client barely aware we had been there. They were left with a fully functioning system, a 5 year manufacturer warranty, and a matching 5 year installation warranty from JIB Cooling.
